POSTER PREPARATION

Poster presenters will have a 1.2 sq meters (4'X4') board on which to display their posters.

Your poster may either be in portrait or landscape orientation.

Abstracts need to be emailed as a Word document attachment to WCPP14@gmail.com before 14 April 2017 to be considered for an oral presentation

In the text of your email, please state:

1) the most appropriate session for your abstract (see program)
2) whether you would like to be considered for a 15 minute oral presentation
3) whether you want to make a poster presentation.

Abstracts will be reviewed by session organizers who will select oral presentations and evaluate the quality (scientific content and/or English) for posters and publication.  Final (amended) versions of abstracts must be received by 26 May 2017 in order to published in the Congress Book of Abstracts.

Please note that abstracts will be published in the Congress Book of Abstract only if at least one of the authors has registered and paid the registration fee by May 26, 2017.

ABSTRACT PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION

Authors are requested to follow the instructions below for the preparation of their abstracts.  Please see example below.

Each contribution must comprise a maximum of 3000 characters, and no more than one page.

The abstract must include only text, arranged in one single paragraph. The abstract should include a title, names and addresses of authors with affiliations. The abstract body should contain a rational, a brief description of the methods used, results and conclusions (no tables, figures or references). Key words are not needed.

All contributions must be in English and S.I. units must be used.

Page Margins: 20 mm each side

Title: Centered, Capital and Bold, Style Arial, Font 14

Authors: Centered, Arial 14, full First and Surname; comma between authors; use numbers if authors belong to different institutions, underline the presenting author

Institutions: Centered, Arial 12, Full name of the Institution, one line for each institution, no address or Zip code

e-mail address of the presenting author: centered, Arial 12, Italic

Abstract text: Arial 12, aligned both sides, maximum 3000 characters. no figures, no references.

Save the file as Word document, entitled as the first author's surname.
